A group of SENRUG Committee Volunteers congregated at Morpeth Station this morning to make a presentation to Betty, the Ticket Office clerk who is retiring (today is her last day). Betty has been working at Morpeth since before SENRUG was formed; she has always offered excellent service to customers and there are many, many instances in which she has gone the extra mile helping customers in distress. She has also kept the station gardens planted and watered. We wish Betty all the best in her retirement.
