Customer Information Screens at unstaffed stations are only worth having if they are correct. Returning to Cramlington after a trip to Manchester, the following photo shows what the CIS at Cramlington’s southbound station was showing. The 3 further evening trains after the 17:57 have disappeared, as have all tomorrow morning’s trains. No engineering works as far as I’m aware. Certainly no posters to that effect on the station or reference to replacement busses. Another case I think of a CIS which is simply wrong.
