Last night I attended a very constructive meeting with Cramlington Development Corporation, some Cramlington Town Council Councillors and a Cramlington County Councillor, discussion how to improve train service frequency at Cramlington. SENRUG wants to see the existing hourly service doubled to half-hourly, as do the other stakeholders at the meeting, so it is a question of pulling together and putting a convincing case to the train operators.
