Excellent Committee Meeting tonight, and nice to be meeting in person again after the Covid lockdown. Topics ranged from expectations for the new East Coast Main Line timetable, Newcastle – Berwick local service progress, and of course an update on our beloved Northumberland Line, which as far as we can tell, progresses according to schedule, though we still await the TWAO Planning Inspector’s Report and the final funding allocation.
